Welcome..
03/03/2011 - New section - blog!
For some reason I have a deep-seated dislike for even the word 'blog' as I guess I relate it loosely to all things Facebook and the whole idea of poor sods thinking people actually care about everything in their lives as much as they do. However I'll call it that anyway because I guess that's what it is. I'll probably end up ranting about something every now and again and hopefully, more productively, document photography outings as I am now studing for a degree with the Open College of Arts.
Recently I hitch-hiked and trekked up to Orkney for a few days and took plenty photos for you to rake through and I wrote a bit about the trip and the folk I met too. Click here to see the page.
I've updated the gallery to a nice look and you can now subscribe to the updates of the site by heading over to the contact page and submitting your name and email etc.
13/01/2011 - New section - the sketchbook!
It's a new year! Hooray.
I've got a million bits of paper with sketches on them, almost all are creatures of some sort. So I'm going to try and replicate one monthly or so digitally and stick them in the sketchbook section. So keep checking for new creatures!
16/12/2010 - Site update.. New photos..
Along with the whole site being updated, I've added the Norman MacCaig centenary prints to the gallery page and I've added all the design work I did for the celebration on the portfolio page too.
Thanks to everyone who bought prints at the Christmas Craft Fayre on Friday the 10th and Saturday the 11th, I'm glad I decided at the last minute to get a stall together! There was some great crafty things there as well as some excellent grub!
31/10/2010 - Portfolio section looking slightly.. less empty!
Head on over to the portfolio section to see what design stuff I've been doing recently. Logos, flyers and sign designs!
24/09/2010 - Hooray - Website is up and running!
I should probably introduce myself. My name is Euan Callus, taking pictures and designing things is what I like to do. At the moment the gallery of photographs is the only proof of this, however I'll have the portfolio section up at some point where you can view some of my design work.
